1. Regulatory Framework & DPDP Compliance

Aghili operates a deterministic tournament management platform engineered for sporting events in Nagaland, India. We strictly adhere to India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and maintain a privacy-by-design architecture.

2. Data Collection Policy (Zero Offline PII)

To prevent identity leakage and protect grassroots athletes, our digital platform enforces strict data minimization:

Digital Data Processed: Display Name (AES-256 encrypted), System Player ID, Profile Photograph (encrypted at rest), Village / District locality, Jersey Number, Playing Position, and Match Statistics (goals, cards, appearances).
Strictly Prohibited Offline PII: Under platform policy, phone numbers, email addresses, exact date of birth, parent names, and permanent home addresses are never collected or stored digitally. Identity verification occurs offline at match venues using coarse age categories (U14, U18, Open).

3. Image Hashing & Anti-Impersonation

Player photographs are processed using perceptual hashing (dHash) to generate a numeric image fingerprint. This prevents impersonation, duplicate player registration across conflicting rosters, and multi-team tournament fraud.

4. Minor & Parental Consent

For youth tournament categories where players are minors, explicit parental/guardian consent is validated offline and confirmed by authorized team captains before match rosters are locked.

5. Media Delivery & Access Restriction

Player photographs are not publicly indexed or exposed to search engines. Media is streamed through secure, authenticated access points with automatic expiration headers and traversal protection.

6. Data Retention & Post-Tournament Purge

Participation records are retained only for the duration required by tournament governance. Player photos and transient participation data are queued for scheduled deletion 30 days after tournament completion.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Redressal

This privacy policy is governed by the laws of India, within the jurisdiction of Nagaland.
