1. Acceptance of Governance Rules

By creating an account or accessing tournament services on Aghili, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, sporting governance bylaws, and applicable regulations in Nagaland, India, India.

2. Deterministic Match Operations & Concurrency

Match scoring, fixtures, and standings operate on deterministic governance protocols. Once a fixture is officially marked as completed by match officials, scores and outcomes are permanently locked. Formal dispute corrections require verified referee audit logs with before/after state snapshots.

3. Roster Freezes & Squad Integrity

Once a team registration is approved for a tournament, the squad roster is locked. Any subsequent player additions, removals, or transfers must be submitted formally via Roster Change Requests and approved by tournament administrators.

4. Disciplinary Logging & Fair Play

Match officials and tournament hosts are authorized to log disciplinary events including cautions (yellow cards), dismissals (red cards), suspensions, and fair-play remarks. These logs form the immutable competitive record of the tournament.

5. Host Scoped Authority

Tournament host accounts are strictly scoped to their assigned events. Hosts cannot access, modify, or inspect records of unrelated tournaments.

6. Account Termination & Active Locks

Participants may request account deletion at any time, except during active tournament participation or live match commitments, to preserve competitive fixture integrity.

7. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Nagaland.
